Profile 研究領域 ■​組織の意味編成と組織化 社会学者ニクラス・ルーマンの社会学的システム論、カール・ワイクの組織化の議論、ハーバート・サイモンの意思決定の議論を主として、意味編成と意思決定の観点から組織を分析しています。時間論、境界論、動機の語彙論と論文で扱う領域は様々ですが、人々の協働を考える上で、個人と組織の境界、個人と組織のコミュニケーション上の帰属が組織の運営にどのように関係しているか、という共通した視点をもって研究しています。  ■​​道徳の社会学 近代社会において価値の多元性・多様性を許容しつつも、他者を道徳的に非難するコミュニケーションは、いかなる形式に基づいているのか。ニクラス・ルーマンの道徳論をもとに、他者を非難するコミュニケーションの条件、さらには道徳論からルーマンの社会理論について、詳細を明らかにしようと研究しています。これは​修士課程在籍時からの研究テーマで、上記の組織論のテーマとは、組織における個人と組織への責任の帰属を考える前準備として関連しています。   Research Interests 1. Meaning Construction and Organizing I analyze organizational structures through the lenses of meaning construction and decision-making, primarily drawing on Niklas Luhmann’s social systems theory, Karl Weick’s theory of organizing, and Herbert Simon’s decision-making theory. My research focus on how the boundaries between individuals and organizations, and the attribution of communication, influence organizational management and cooperation. 2. Sociology of Morality This research explores the mechanisms of moralizing communication and social condemnation within the pluralistic values of modern society. Based on Luhmann’s theory of morality, I examine the conditions under which individuals are morally blamed and the broader implications for social theory. This work serves as a foundational framework for my organizational research, particularly in understanding how responsibility is attributed to either individuals or the organization itself.Contact Pointahiguchi@fukuoka-u.ac.jp
